As President and Chief Executive Officer, Audrey H. Brownlee founded Cyrus Management Solutions, LLC in July 2007 with the expectation of fulfilling the highest standards of industry performance, quality and best practices and the vision of “building alliances through leadership and integrity.” Ms. Brownlee has over twenty years of professional experience in the areas of strategic planning, program/project management, information technology, and information security. She holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a M.S. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park. Ms. Brownlee is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) conferred by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.
Calvin T. Brown, Vice President — Operations
Calvin T. Brown has over thirteen years of professional experience in the information technology field and over ten years specialized experience in the field of information assurance. This experience also includes a wealth of knowledge in the areas of program and project management. Mr. Brown has a B.S. Degree in Management Science and Information Technology – Decision Support Systems Option as well as his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) — both from Virginia Tech. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification conferred by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.
Scarlette M. Howard, Vice President — Business Development
Scarlette M. Howard has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the areas of program/project management, information technology, strategic planning, quality assurance, and process improvement including a wealth of knowledge in information assurance, the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. She holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a M.S. degree in Software Engineering from Central Michigan University. Ms. Howard is certified in ITIL.
Lisa M. Potts, Vice President — Finance and Administration
Lisa M. Potts brings a wide range of financial management experience to Cyrus Management Solutions. She has over 10 years of experience in operational process improvement, budgeting and financial management and analysis in the fields of IT and manufacturing. In addition, Ms. Potts has over 5 years of experience in federal contract award and administration. Ms. Potts has a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA in Accounting and Finance, with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Sonja H. Dingle, Director — Human Resources
Sonja H. Dingle has over 13 years of financial management and budgeting experience with various government and non-profit organizations. Several years were spent working at overseas locations. Ms. Dingle was also directly responsible for building teams in the financial industry. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Morgan State University with a concentration in Finance.
